Rose Oil: Apply to clean skin or as needed for moisturization. Recommended for daily use. Eye Pillow: For warm therapy: heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds, then wrap around eye pillow and warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel and use the warmed eye pillow. For cool therapy: freeze for 1 hour. To use as a lightweight sleep mask, unzip the silk bag and remove the muslin pouch. To use the gel eye mask, freeze for 10 minutes or place in the fridge before applying.
